Renaissance Stitch-Along

The 2026 Cliffside Stitches SAL is inspired by 16th-century needlework patterns from France, Italy, and Germany. Nine monthly pattern releases with cross stitch and blackwork options began on March 1, 2026 and will continue on the first of each month through November 2026. The introductory PDF explains the background of the project, gives the template for a 3 x 3 grid of squares, and provides other stitching information. There is also an alternative 3 x 6 template if you would like to stitch both the cross stitch and the blackwork patterns in a single sampler.
